Can the end-user personalize the Sodales platform?

Yes, there are several editable functionalities available through the self-service capabilities, including but are not limited to, editing workflow timelines, letter templates, form templates, and report settings.

What type of training does Sodales provide when we implement the product?

Sodales has an extensive methodology when it comes to training. Our training is provided based on user roles and target groups, including, role-based training for business users, admin users, and more; this training is provided at different stages of the implementation process.

Once I implement the Sodales product, how will you support me?

At Sodales, a support portal will be made available 24/7 for all licensed users; following the guidelines as set out in the SLA, between Sodales and the customer.

Do you support historical data migration?

Yes, we have extensive tools to support a transfer of data from the legacy system to the new system. For that, we provide templates, and can upload script-based tools for not only migrating transactional information such as historical cases, but relevant associated documentation that can be configured with any app in the Microsoft suite.

Do you support integration?

Yes, Sodales comes with a robust built-in integration hub. This integration hub supports encrypted integration flows (Iflows) for not only processing interfaces at the data level, but at the process level. Some of the most common integration scenarios with our product are with employee master data, learning management systems, performance systems, time-keeping systems, service management systems, and more.

What type of integration is supported?

We support all industry integration methods including, SFTP, API, web service, and more. With each method, Sodales supports, different protocols, integration with SAP systems and integration with non-SAP systems. Please note, with SAP systems, we have an out-of-the box token available.

Do you have a mobile app?

Yes, Sodales has an online and off-line app available on the SAP App Store. An off-line app would be used in cases where a user does not have internet connection but would like to input information into the system; once connected to the internet, the information will sync into the system.
