Managers can define the parameters and allocate point to each parameter, which the employees can see. This gives a complete transparent picture even to the employee who can see his or her points that has been earned and which are the parameters that has given him or her more points can also be viewed.

The app also allows employees to see how can they redeem the points that they have accumulated. Employees get 3 options to choose from and they also can see the value of each reward and how much point will it take for them to redeem the particular reward.

The HR department also gets benefited from this app. Through this app, they can:

1. Keep a track of all employees and the points that they have accumulated

2. They can see which employee has redeemed their respective points

3. When did a particular employee redeem the points

4. Total points earned by all employees (across the organization as well as in a specific department)

5. Total points redeemed
